Beginning one month out, we confirm logistics, coordinate with your vendor team, and create a thorough event timeline. On the wedding day, we oversee every moving part and quietly manage the behind-the-scenes details. Our presence ensures you and your guests can be fully present, relaxed, and immersed in the celebration.

Full Service Planning
Our all-inclusive planning service encompasses the planning and coordination of all aspects of your wedding from start to finish. This includes ongoing consultations, putting together a phenomenal team of creative partners, event design, event day coordination and the management of every intricate detail. and managing every last detail; giving you the ultimate peace of mind.
Wedding Strategy Sessions
For couples planning their wedding independently but looking for professional insight along the way, our consultation hours offer tailored guidance when you need it most. Whether you're navigating booking vendors, timeline questions, or design decisions, we’re here as a trusted resource to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. These one-on-one sessions are designed to be flexible, focused, and collaborative. Giving you access to professional advice without the full-service commitment. Planning may be in your hands, but you won’t be doing it alone.
Typical Ranges $3,500 - $5,000

Every wedding is unique and so is the level of support needed. Most couples spend between $3,500–$5,500..We will provide a personalized proposal after understanding the details of your celebration.
Planning with us is a highly personalized experience, designed for couples who value detail, beauty, and ease. Most couples find that planning with us begins at $10,500. We’ll craft a custom proposal after learning more about your vision.
$1,500 - Includes up to 8 hours of one-on-one video or phone consultations, planning checklists, ongoing email support between sessions, design and vendor recommendations. Additional hours may be added at $125 per hour.
Social Event
We handle every detail from start to finish, carefully curating your vendor team, managing budgets and timelines, and crafting a cohesive guest experience that reflects your unique style and goals. Throughout the planning process, we provide expert guidance, meticulous organization, and inspired creative direction so you feel confident and supported at every stage. On the day of your event, we manage every element behind the scenes with precision and care to ensure that every moment unfolds seamlessly.​

Designed for couples who have planned their wedding independently yet desire the assurance of a professional touch, we are known for our meticulous timelines. A thoughtfully crafted timeline is the backbone of a seamless event, and we carefully review every detail, coordinate and confirm timing with your vendors, and create a customized, structured schedule that allows your day to unfold effortlessly from one moment to the next.
